Terms of use

Purpose of this site

Florian Peglow, trading as digitory, Oppelner Str. 20, 52525 Heinsberg, Germany, provides invoices and related correction documents, including credit notes and cancellation invoices, to his customers through digitory.cloud and invoice.digitory.cloud. This covers orders through any sales channel, including marketplaces, online shops and direct sales. Access is free and requires no customer account. This site does not accept orders or payments.

Your purchase remains unchanged

These usage terms do not change your purchase contract or the sales terms agreed for it. Opening or downloading an invoice does not confirm its accuracy or acknowledge an obligation to pay. Your statutory rights, including warranty and any applicable withdrawal rights, remain unaffected. Access does not require additional acceptance of terms.

Links, passwords and documents

Access covers the assigned invoice and its issued correction documents, including credit notes and cancellation invoices. A complete automatic access link already contains the password. Anyone who receives that link can access the documents. Share it only with authorised people, such as your accountant or tax adviser. Attempts to access other customers’ invoices are not permitted.

The download buttons provide the archived original files. A correction or cancellation does not remove the original invoice. The on-screen preview is for viewing; the original invoice provided for download, including its structured e-invoice data, is the authoritative document.

You may save the documents for your records. Access remains available until revoked, subject to technical interruptions. We may disable or replace a link for security reasons. Our statutory retention duties and any retention duties that apply to you exist independently of the link. We do not guarantee unlimited availability of a particular link.

Errors or access problems

If documents are missing, an invoice is incorrect or access is blocked, contact hi@digitory.de. We will check the issue and provide required documents through a suitable channel. Disabling a link does not remove your entitlement to an invoice that we are required to provide. Statutory claims and liability remain unaffected.

Privacy and provider

Our privacy notice explains how we process your data. Provider and contact details are in the legal notice.
